Young Women of NFIW Delhi: Orientation Programme 2021

 On the 5th of December 2021, a new cadre of NFIW came together to learn about socialism, NFIW and the campaigns that we participate in. Appreciable work was done by the Delhi State Unit of NFIW under the leadership of our Gen Secy Annie Raja, the Delhi Unit President Aruna Sinha and the Delhi Gen Secy Deepti Bharti, in guiding the young enthusiasts about the potential work that they can do as members of NFIW. 

It is part of our continuing series of contact and communication with the youth in Delhi.

 Venue: Mange Ram Park  Date: 11 December 2022 Delhi Unit of NFIW organized a legal awareness workshop for women in MangeRam Park, New Delhi. Women from various backgrounds were given an orientation as well as informal training about the human rights of women as enshrined in our constitution. The community meeting was organized by Comrade Vishakha Kumari, and had Human Rights Activist Nirmal Goran  as the key speaker.  It was an opportunity for women to find out how to approach the judicial, legal and government systems for resolving their problems. The women were facing problems regarding submission of applications for rations as well as pensions.  It was also an opportunity for NFIW to find out more about the various solutions that women were designing to solve their local problems. Community Outreach Meeting: Joint Women's Programme and Delhi Unit of NFIW

 Date: 30 September 2023 निठारी क्षेत्र में ज्वाइंट विमन प्रोग्राम के कार्यालय में भारतीय महिला फेडरेशन की दिल्ली राज्य महासचिव दीप्ति भारती और राज्य कार्यकारी अध्यक्ष डाक्टर रुशदा सिद्दीकी ने वहाँ की महिलाओं को PoSH व POCSO कानून की जानकारी दी।  उससे पहले दीप्ति जी ने उन को भारतीय महिला फेडरेशन के इतिहास और कामों के बारे में बताया।    उपस्थित युवा महिलाओं ने कुछ प्रश्न कानून और उनको उपयोग करने के बारे पूछे।    इस सफल बैठक के अंत में ज्वाइंट विमेन प्रोग्राम की एसोसिएट डायरेक्टर पद्ममिनी कुमार ने इस जागरूक ता कार्यक्रम के लिए भारतीय महिला फेडरेशन की दिल्ली नेतृत्व का धन्यवाद किया और आगे भी इस प्रकार के कार्यक्रम आयोजित करने की इच्छा जाहिर की।  दीप्ति भारती ने मीटिंग में आई महिलाओं, लड़कियों और ज्वाइंट विमेन प्रोग्राम की टीम को धन्यवाद दिया।

Community Outreach: Eye Camp at Trilokpuri

  27 June 20023 ko भारतीय महिला फेडरेशन की त्रिलोकपुरी, दिल्ली की इकाई ने  ब्लॉक 27 में मुफ्त आंखों की जांच, खून टैस्ट, फीजिओथेरेपी और मानसिक स्वास्थ्य संबंधी कैंप का आयोजन किया।  यह कैंप सागर ट्रस्ट के सौजन्य से लगाया गया था। हमारे सहयोगी FFEC (Foundation For Equal Citizenship) ने कैंप लगाने के लिए अपना दफ्तर दिया और लोगों तक पहुँचने में मदद की । सागर ट्रस्ट की ओर से नेत्र चिकित्सक अंजली मेहता और उनकी पूरी टीम ने सुबह 11 बजे से शाम 5 बजे तक महिलाओं और बुजुर्गों की जांच पड़ताल की तथा मुफ्त दवाइयाँ भी दीं ।   हमे उम्मीद है के हम और संस्थाओं के साथ जुड़कर ऐसे चिकित्सा शिविर और अन्य शिविर जैसे शिक्षा, क़ानूनी सलाह और हाशिये के मुद्दों पर लोगों से जुड़ कर बातचीत कर पाएंगे।
