 8 March 2023 The theme for this year's 8 March campaign was set by the NFIW executive committee. Reflecting the crisis of democracy that the country is currently witnessing, the theme was decided as: DEFEND SECULARISM & DEFEAT MAJORITY APPEASEMENT NFIW strongly believes that democracy needs to be a political system where the rights and dignity of the minorities and marginalized are safeguarded. We are committed to fighting forces that are trying to impose a tyranny in the name of the majority on social, economic, political and religious minorities. Socio-Legal Awareness and Aid Camps

 NFIW Delhi is conducting a series of Socio-Legal Awareness camps across the city. This is an effort to reach out to people across the city and talk to them about the legal interventions that NFIW has already made and is working towards. A few of these meeting are being conducted in collaboration with SLIC (Socio-Legal Information Centre) of the Human Rights Law Network. HRLN is going to file cases of human rights abuse and deprivation of fundamental constitutional rights on a pro-bono basis. 22 February 2023 Venue: Trilokpuri Coordinator: Vidya di   NFIW DELHI started the legal education camps from Trilokpuri. Lawers team from HRLN came and talked about POCSO, RTI, Anti-dowry laws, Eve teasing laws, Factory workers and their protection laws, Right to Ration/ Pensions etc..
